Honduran de facto government detained writer Rebecca Becerra

The sister of the disappeared Eduardo Lanza, was seized on Thursday with her daughter at the headquarters of the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Sports (SCAD). Rebecca Becerra and her daughter Camilla were taken to the Police.

The de facto government of Honduras detained Thursdayf or several hours   writer Rebecca Becerra by orders of the Minister of Culture of the Government of Micheletti, Myrna Castro . She was accused of alleged theft of public documents.
At the time of arrest the Honduran writer was accompanied by her youngest daughter 6 years old, who also was taken by police forces.
Becerra is a Honduran intellectual of the resistance, Director of Book and Paper of the Ministry of Culture of President Manuel Zelaya, who has denounced Myrna Castro for corruption, as well as the union of the Ministry of Culture Arts and Sports (SCAD ) for accepting bribes from the de facto government . 

The intellectual was dismissed from office by repudiating the authority of de facto government and the new minister, and participated along with some colleagues in making the SCAD. 

When she has made to the Secretariat administrative procedures "became the union president, Melba Bardales, who alerted the Administration chief Virgilio Paredes, who was a persona non grata at SCAD and should be removed by force, the legal adviser also arrived Lawyer Carlos Turcios and SCAD, "said Becerra. 

At the time she was going out, but first had to pass through the Human Resources Department of the institution "came the de facto Minister Myrna Castro, who told me I had to leave immediately  the Secretariat, because she said I am a criminal, and I was going to be sued for harassment and theft of documents from the Ministry of Culture. 

"My surprise was that  out of SCAD two patrols of the National Police were waiting with about eight police officers including a woman who forced me to enter a patrol with my daughter," said the affected. 

Attorneys human rights, family and friends, went to the place of detention and after several appeals for annulment brought after hours of waiting was released. 

"They did not read me my rights during my arrest nor issued an indictment that formally notified me" Rebecca nodded.
