Tegucigalpa. Decapitated and with his hands mutilated was found the body of Carlos Turcios, thirty minutes ago in Baracoa, Cortes, said Andres Pavon, president of the Committee for the Defense of Human Rights in Honduras (CODEH).
Turcios was kidnapped outside his home in Choloma Cortes, at three in the afternoon of Wednesday, by men wearing vests DGIC, carrying Galil rifles, Pavon told Radio Globo .
Carlos Turcios was vice president of the resistance movement in Choloma and had been reported missing.
Pavon said that copies of these reports are being sent to Barack Obama, as the Nobel Peace Prize, to explain
"what should be done to stop these deaths."
