Harassment against Political Organisation against the Coup, Los Necios

Public Report - OPLN

The Political Organization Los Necios OPLN complaint to the national and international community on Saturday, 5 December, the day that launched the first module of training new school policy of our organization, two men in civilian clothes arrived on a motorcycle without plates near the Loyola Center building in Guadalupe neighborhood of Tegucigalpa and acting suspiciously filming the building and some of our compañeros who were in the input. After staying a few minutes ahead facilities left in an unknown direction.

A passenger in a vehicle parked outside the building managed to film your time with an amateur camera, action by one of the individuals that were presented, a fact that was recorded and a deference to the author of this second video of that name withheld for obvious reasons we could get it and make it available on the Internet at the following address:

The repressive actions that public security forces (national police and the army of Honduras), have chosen to do, baring its biased position along with other state institutions that have supported the military coup decisive, alert us to urgently actions like these that are intended to worsen the situation of the rights of the general population and particularly that identifies the side of the dignified resistance of the people.

The OPLN responsible directly to the @ s directors of these institutions, particularly Romeo Vasquez Velasquez, Roberto Micheletti Bain and COHEP criminals confessed the crime of coup d'etat, any aggression that occur against members of our organization.

In turn, the OPLN as part of its 10 year anniversary and consistent with its principles and history of struggle, wishes to clarify that all activities undertaken since its founding has been characterized as public law, not having incurred never in crimes or misconduct that may or somehow try to justify repressive actions by the de facto authorities. As this prosecution has, without doubt, a political character, promoted by the oligarchy and imperialism.

Finally, finding that the OPLN belongs to the National Resistance Front against the coup and the actions that attempt to intimidate or hinder the work done for democracy and the draft National Constituent Assembly, as part of a strategy eminently peaceful, be made public and will proceed legally in accordance with international treaties that oblige states, even those from the crime, to respect human rights.

Venceremos!
