ENFORCED DISAPPEARANCES and political crime REAPPEAR IN HONDURAS

Slaughter and continuous assault of resistance members and their families, 

like those ones of today, December 5th, several men  
dressed in uniforms of  the National Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DNIC) and 
hooded, at one in the morning, came to the colonias  Carrizal 
and Mery Flores, violently introduced to the houses where 
ladies  Vilma Martinez and Sonia Castillo, seeking Ada Martinez an active member of the resistance against the coup 
, not finding the lady mentioned before they were carried out . 
This death squad continued its journey and raided other 
 homes in the Carrizal and took four people 
linked to resistance to the diffusion time of this appeal the 
people were missing.

THE CODEH denounces the complicity of the judiciary in this practice that
constitutes a crime against humanity, denounces the numbers
Time available for the judiciary to bring resources
of habeas corpus to answe,r a person who 
belonging to the Armed Forces of Honduras is not available
to meet those calls, we stated that until now we
made it impossible to file a habeas corpus on behalf of victims on the
225-3928 extension 121 number assigned to the Unified Courts
Francisco Morazán.

At 4:00 in the morning,  the
edition  offices of the newspaper,El Libertador,were raided,

 the computers containing the material for the next edition were taken,
one of the employees  threatened and accused of committing acts of
lust.

 CODEH have denounced the creation of Death Squads 

 organized by the military regime led by former members
3-16 of operating from the state government offices, these people have
received training from former Israeli Army soldiers who have
come to Honduras to provide these services.

CODEH concerned about the situation of selective prosecution since
underground structures, led by Armed Forces officers of
Honduras and the National Police has been unleashed in the country, this
practice has forced now, more than fifteen people and families
 to leave the country for the harassment, burglaries
in nighttime or criminal attacks, these practices correspond to
death squads and organized in Honduras, CODEH
presented publicly, the photograph of the members of these
structures, alerted the international community protection for the 
families victims of  political persecution, women and children (as) have begun to
leave this country every day selective persecution threatens more
life , physical, mental and moral life as well as 
freedom.

To stop this attack there has been   a media campaign of apology
hatred against the defenders of human rights, among these
journalists who are dedicated to promoting it is the Lord Rodrigo Wong
Arevalo, who said, surprisingly, that people are
deprived of their liberty in the context of political persecution have the

At present  are persecuted in Honduras for not kowtowing to the beat of
state.

Finally we demand that the Armed Forces of Honduras and the National Police 
release unharmed today people kidnapped according to 
evidence held by the CODEH, whose possessions hold strong indications  of 
these structure's responsability in The Disappearance.
This, once again, shows the  face of impunity of this military de facto regime 

, the impunity of yesterday is the impunity of this.
