Six officers of the Preventive Police arrested the boy in motorized when drinking a soda
Six policemen who arrived in motorized chased five kids  who ran when they saw them in motorized patrols and were afraid of them, captured in flight Bryan Alexis , 13, an agent who loaded his gun  and  ordered  them to lie on the floor Tuesday night, in a neighborhood of Tegucigalpa.

Along the way, the agents also  arrested a 17-year standing in a corner of the colonia Honduras who was told "you too walk."
It was seven in the evening  Tuesday, when Bryan was with four friends drinking a soda and eating bread, in colonia Honduras, where they usually meet to discuss and pass the time as part of their  rights to have  freedom of association and mobilization.
Their peace was interrupted when about six Preventive Police officers in motorcycles came to that neighbourhood, the boys ran away because of  fear they felt when seeing the police, this reaction has its antecedent in that Sunday night when five young men were executed, a few blocks above where the boys were, on Sunday night when four men came dressed in military uniforms and eliminated them, as the story of their family narrated.
"I started running for my life and come to my house, two agents followed me and when I rang the bell of my house the agent who gave me scope loaded his gun and told me to throw myself down, I did and still I got a slap on the back, "said Bryan, seeing fear that generates the  police around his neighborhood  .
According to his mother Sandra, she was attending a beauty salon and combed a client when she heard the noise, she lifted the curtain and saw her son lying on the floor when I looked out the door I noticed he was being  taken by   a policeman from his shirt , frightened she asked explanations on the capture, in addition to explain that she was his mother and that her son is a minor,s he said.
But that was not important for officers who  dragged the boy from the back of his  shirt, it was no appeal, "we will talk to you until we are in the post at the Kennedy," said the boy's mother .
Because of fear of arrest and the consequences to the physical integrity of Bryan,  Mrs. Sandra went after the police officers who asked how he would be transported , to what they called a police patrol, when she stepped onto  it, she was  insulted by  a policewoman and told her to go walking , but the mother's courage to challenge the abuse of authority by uniformed men, she remained in the patrol and went with his son to police headquarters.
When I saw that they put him in the post I emphasized that he was a child, however I could not stop it. He and another boy were left in a hallway, and went through the intervention of a neighbor who is a lawyer.
The repression against young people are a constant from June 28 which carried out the coup against President Manuel Zelaya Rosales. The police posts on certain days have been crowded with boys who have been captured in their neighborhoods and settlements for the mere fact of being together and talk.
The boy's mother filed the complaint with the Committee of Relatives of Detained and Disappeared in Honduras, COFADEH, organization and are submitting this to the Public Prosecutor's Office.
