In the murder of Walter Tróchez police did not protect the crime scene

The assassination of human rights defender, Walter Tróchez is being handled with all possible negligence by the police investigation, because this Monday about eleven in the morning, 12 hours after the crime occurred , they didn't evenn ever go to the crime scene.
Tróchez's death occurred Sunday at about 10 and a half to eleven in the evening, he walked through the center of the capital, the murderers were watching him and fired accurately into his body,   dying almost instantly.
The constant harassment that he suffered as a preamble was a kidnapping and torture that hooded strangers held against him the past 04 December, when he was detained in the street Real Comayaguela   nearby Parque Libertad. See details.
Monday  his body remained in the morgue of the hospital  awaiting autopsy, which was to be performed in the afternoon. Although twelve hours had passed after his murder, a police extracting data when the body of human rights defender was lying on a gurney in the morgue,  the agent said they had not gone to the scene of the crime and that they would in the next few hours, implying that action  total negligence from their part and may even take one to  believe that the delay has to do with the intended impunity of this criminal act, responsibility which points to the police, according to the testimony that Walter left before his death.
Defensoresenlinea.com, traveled to the area where the event occurred and there was no indication that it had happened, like the case of Angel Salgado, whom military staff  shot in the head causing his death, crime scene was removed.
Walter's body was handed up yesterday late at night, having no family in Honduras, because his father  lived abroad and could not travel, COFADEH,delivereda written request  to his teammates of Community GLBTT, who waited outside the hospital.
His body was up all night attended by representatives of various social organizations,   which are grouped in the Popular Resistance Front National and international media and this afternoon he will be buried in a cemetery of Tegucigalpa.
Walter struggle against impunity until the last moment
Walter made the complaint to the Public Prosecutor on duty on Saturday 05 December, after he escaped from the kidnappers ,  it was "lost", there was no record of it.
That same day he applied to perform a forensic examination to record the torture he endured."The prosecutor who was on duty that made fun of me and the coroner did not want to see me, they made me bounce like a ball from one side to another, until finally I was able to make them examine me," he told defensoresenlinea.com, on Monday 07 December.
His experience as a defender of human rights in a country where impunity is the main weapon of those responsible for crimes against humanity, led him to document the actions they  performed before the prosecutors, the documents scanned and distributed to  human rights organizations, including COFADEH and CIPRODEH.
The hand of justice must be directed not only to criminals who used the bullets to silence Walter, they  also need to reach prosecutors who disappeared the complaint, who did not investigate  his abduction although he insisted that they were agents of the police.
