The note about closing down the "immediately" program. Is covered by executive decree number 124-2009, adopted by the de facto government on 5 October and published in the Gazette on 7 November.

  It's just "talk times"
"INVOSA Group, whose shareholders or owners are from the Maduro family of former President Ricardo Maduro, shows how to pay or is part of this usurper government violates the right to freedom of expression as it builds the reason cancellation of the contract 124-2009 decree issued by the usurper government, "the CDM in a public letter issued to the public.

Keep saying, "The Center for Women's Rights since the coup happened has been part of the Front of Resistance and Resistance feminists in the country and through this space denouncing the many human rights violations, particularly women, occurring on the part of the coup government. "

They call warning to national and international organizations catering for the human rights of Hondurans and reaffirm their commitment and the return to democracy in the country.

"They are de facto government reprisals"
For the movement of Women for Peace, this is one more attack on freedom of expression, achieved in the light of a coup. "It is a major retaliation against the dictatorship of the resistance organizations," said Gladis Lanza hereby, General Coordinator of the "Chon".

"It's supposed to why we are silent, but we will find other mechanisms to spread human rights violations being committed, the arbitrariness and the demand for the restoration of constitutional order," Lanza said.

He said, "we're going to look for alternative means to make ourselves heard, we want to leave in silence, silence the resistance and that is one of the many features of the dictatorship, is simply fascism."

The note sent to "The Chonas" were brandished in a statement that was read on 19 September in the program which was entitled "One more reason not to go to lessons," a call was made to discredit and not participate in the election process on November 29 and ignore the outcome of the election process. "

Acallan "the uproar"
The radio program the uproar, the Center for Women's Studies, broadcast on Radio Cadena Voces ever, also received a notice of cancellation of his contract today.

The Center for Women's Studies is also part of Feminists in Resistance and the National Front against the coup and in the note put forward the same arguments as in the case of the Time to Talk of the Center for Women's Rights.

The decree closing behind Radio Cadena Voces, was adopted as the population focused his gaze on the promised repeal of the decree and the de facto government that restricts the constitutional guarantees of the population. Included among these freedom of association and expression.
The promise of the abolition was a joke and quite the contrary, Roberto Micheletti approved a new decree in which employers are now based telecommunications, such as Radio Cadena Voces, to close the few remaining spaces to expose the arbitrariness of government .

Public Report: Killings against the Lesbian and Gay Community in Honduras

LGBT Rainbow Association of Honduras makes public denunciation of the wave of violent crimes against the LGBT community in Honduras, facts that have come to mourn once again and fill with pain and increase the suffering of many families in Honduras.

These crimes once again put in evidence the high levels of hatred, stigma and discrimination against people of sexual diversity, what we call, homophobia, lesbophobia, biphobia, transphobia and above all, of the objects we are the people we have an orientation sexual or gender identity different from the pattern of the heterosexual norm. On the occasion of the loss of two friends over the past week, we reiterate that it is unacceptable that in these last 4 months for a
such a short period, have died violently cruel and inhuman 9 companions and fellow gay trans, 6 of them / you in the area of San Pedro Sula and 3 in the city of Tegucigalpa.

Viki Hernandez on June 29, San Pedro Sula
Martina Jackson June 30, Choloma
Fabio Zamora 05 July, Tegucigalpa
Maradiaga Hector August 11, Tegucigalpa
Michelle Torres on August 30, San Pedro Sula
Salome Miranda September 20, Choloma
Saira Salmerón September 20, Choloma
Marion Spear October 09, Tegucigalpa
Maradiaga Montserrat Oct. 11, San Pedro Sula

For all these facts we urge the authorities responsible for the implementation of justice in the country, concrete answers and responsible punished. It is unacceptable that all this is happening to view and patience of the authorities, who always excuse themselves silly responses, which has no logistics, there is no budget is perfect for any excuse for not doing their job. When it comes to a victim
of a family surname and Mrs. Bueso, mother of Mayor San Pedro Sula, justice and the police are effective in capturing the perpetrators of the crime, without putting the excuses mentioned above. Our companions trans deserve the same reply, and the agility with which the authorities acted. No murder, no act of violence suffered by the LGBT community during more than five years, has received an answer from the Justice of Honduras, and the latter
deaths are the result of this impunity. For this reason more impunity NOT ACCEPT NOT ACCEPT MORE indifference, ACCEPT NO MORE DEATHS sexual orientation or gender identity.

We demand

1. The Public Ministry and the various prosecutors' offices that are put to work and give the answers that we demand the LGBT community. Bring to justice those responsible for these multiple crimes.

2. In the Supreme Court apply the punishment that fits the bill
merit to those responsible for these acts and to shed prejudices, homophobic at their disposal many / as judges / as when applying justice.

3. A national preventive police to give the whereabouts of criminals and that adds to the response against impunity.

4. The National Criminal Investigation Directorate to make available their investigation officers to apprehend those responsible for these cruel and inhuman fact committed against the LGBT community.

5. For the NO more media sensationalism in his notes on our collective and investigative notes with SI more quality journalism, ethical, accountable and free from stigma and discrimination.

6. A more cooperative community support LGBT organizations in promoting and protecting human rights.

7. At civil society organizations to join us in these processes complaints.

THE EMBASSY OF BRAZIL IN HONDURAS

(Approved by the Permanent Council at its meeting of October 21, 2009)

CP23147E01

The Permanent Council denounces and strongly condemns the hostile action by the de facto regime against the embassy of Brazil in Tegucigalpa and the harassment of its occupants through deliberate actions that affect them physically and psychologically and violate their human rights.

The Permanent Council calls on the de facto regime to put an immediate end to these actions, to respect the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and international instruments on human rights, and to withdraw forthwith all repressive forces from the areas surrounding the Embassy of Brazil, without neglecting the due security of the Mission.

The Permanent Council appeals for guarantees for the right to life, integrity, and security of President José Manuel Zelaya Rosales and of all persons in and around the Embassy of Brazil, as well as for the protection of their dignity, and it urges the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights to follow up on this situation.

The Permanent Council issues a strong appeal for continuation of the dialogue already well under way in Honduras, under the terms of the proposal of the San José Agreement, without any attempt to open topics other than those contained in said proposal.
