CODEH: Officer Molina Missing

CODEH: Officer Molina Missing

By Hugo Maldonado
We call for urgent attention to the international community and especially to international protection of human rights to take action regarding the disappearance of Police Officer Daniel Molina, who served as Speaker of the National Police of Honduras.
Until about a week the Journal was an unconditional Molina and his presence was virtually immovable from the military zone on the periphery of the Embassy of Brazil, where this diplomatic representation remains closed and under psychological attack, sonic, and toxic by the security forces of the military coup, in clear violation of the Vienna Convention and any rules protecting diplomatic missions worldwide.
It is assumed that Officer Molina was arrested on orders from their own superiors just hours after the international launch of the famous video where the same Official Molina fully supports the military nature of the coup that removed President Zelaya, and therefore de facto regime , although it denied that it had Journal Molina reprisals from the institution coup against him.
The CODEH remains on standby for verifying the legal status and Molina Journal staff and their state of physical and psychological health. It works on a habeas corpus appeal to the authorities to demand information on the current status of the Journal, if you are arrested, retired, or on vacation.
'I just hope that has not been implemented in some arrancadero of the capital,' said a relative of the Officer Molina, who for security reasons preferred to hide his name.'These last days I noticed pale and nervous, staring, and quite thin. The girl who works at the home of his mother told us was getting calls at night, and claimed enough. A couple times I saw runny, watery eyes ... do not really know what to think, if  it's  a women's issue or something ... '
