"Thanks to the Israeli army," announced the newspaper La Tribuna in Tegucigalpa, the Honduran National Police now has a sonic cannon (LRAD, short for Long Range Acoustic Device) is now "used to neutralize violent resistance members" .
With LRAD, also provided by Israel through a local firm owned by a former Israeli military working with the CIA, Honduran troops Micheletti dictator enjoys what The Tribune calls "technology that has helped them down the violence between supporters of Manuel Zelaya.
Police in the area known as the "Screamer" ( "The Screamer"), the team is, according to the paper coup, first used "public" in Honduras. Not clear whether the technical hooded police are Hondurans who manipulate or whether they belong to the Zionist armed forces.
The text says that Tribune is "the ultimate secret weapon in a long time endowment by the army of Israel, used publicly only now after many years of experimentation."
THE CROWD "IS PAIN CONTUERCE"

The paper describes how the appliance to a rally of protesters: "is a white car with two policemen and an equal number of soldiers, with two unknown devices, like speakers of sounds, but not conventional, they look modern."
And states with the same cynicism: "A few seconds after that short beeps air: the agitated crowd falls into panic, cover their ears and contuerce pain.
The Tribune does not specify how often the weapon has been experienced by Israel against the Palestinians, but explains that, "without being a deadly weapon," the Screamer "can cause seizures, nausea and terrible headaches, many yards away.
This newspaper, which belongs to Carlos Roberto Facussé coup, former president of Honduras, said that the use of equipment "is an unprecedented event, which represents a significant change in urban guerrilla tactics."
"Thanks to the Israeli army is now Honduras," concludes with evident satisfaction the author of the text, obviously well connected to aprato police.
The Tribune's article offers a response to questions that arose after it was revealed a few days ago, the presence of LRAD devices in the vicinity of the Brazilian embassy, where the constitutional President of Honduras, Manuel Zelaya.
Images taken by a photographer of the popular resistance in the middle of the incidents reported the presence of the apparatus of American-made type LRAD can issue a loud sound that can cause serious damage to the ears of their victims.
The photos also revealed alongside the LRAD's operators, the presence of technicians, helmeted and masked police, who used a device whose features were discovered.
Was nothing less than the Screamer whose sounds indeed caused serious discomfort, then inexplicably, all persons present at the diplomatic representatives of Brazil, a clear violation of all international conventions on respect and protection to be granted nations at the embassies in their territory.
President Zelaya himself in several interviews accused the troops of the dictatorship of using such instruments of repression. The international press, mostly owned by large monopolies, gave little publicity to this information.
The original owner of The Tribune, billionaire Facussé, belongs to the Inter American Press Association, which establishes their money and their time to attack progressive leaders of Latin America from its headquarters in Miami.
Shortly after revealing the existence of the LRAD, Chancellor Patricia Rhodes of constitutional government in New York reported that Yehuda Leitner, a former Israeli official based in Honduras, was the supplier of arms "new" gas and murderers to Honduran dictatorship.
This veteran owned business of death in the 80s, to the smuggling of billionaire Gerard Latchinian, supplying arms to the Cuban terrorist and CIA agents Felix Rodriguez and Luis Posada Carriles in their operations later known as Iran - against.
Latchinian was released in 2002 by the righteousness of Bush, after serving only 18 years of the sentence of 30 to whom had been convicted of a massive drug operation for the Nicaraguan contras.

THE LRAD, a favorite toy BY THE UNITED STATES
In this Youtube video you can see how this device, with which it threatened just last week protesters against the G-20 in the city Pittsburgh (California).
According to analyst Nick Turse, evidence of use of this technology since 2004, when U.S. Marines used it in Iraq. Then Woody Norris, chairman of American Technology Corporation, which manufactures the device in the United States, said this was achieved with "fall to many people."
That same year, the LRAD was deployed on the streets of the Big Apple (but apparently not used) by the Police Department of New York, as a backup to be used in protests against the Republican National Convention. In 2005, he was sent to "areas hit by Hurricane Katrina" for possible purposes of "crowd control" and in 2006, was in the hands of agents of U.S. Border Patrol
That same year, also revealed that the Sheriff's Department Los Angeles District had begun testing the use of this equipment by remote control contralateral and unmanned surveillance vehicles, not unlike those now operating on Iraqi cities. ( See: "The Pentagon is planning a new war of 100 years. Strife in the slums" by Nick Turse. in Tom Dispatch, 15 October 2007)
