Police found weapons in Progreso and Housing announces arrests in attacks

armas_el_progresoThe preventive and investigative police found several weapons in a house they raided in the middle of the city of El Progreso at noon on Tuesday. The police chief in the Department of Yoro, Jaime Flores Mejía, linked to alleged weapons groups interested in performing attacks to prevent the realization of the elections next November 29.
