Help Hondurans

Hello, I'm afraid that there are many people going to prison right now, who shouldn't be. With pride ,La Prensa speaks about children being apprehended by their Cobra police. It probably requires further investigation, since from what I see, the media are doing all that is in their hands to diffame and apprehend anyone who is against the regime, to make everyone look like criminals, rebels, communists, lazy, etc. They have found a scapegoat in people like teachers, workers, farmers, and everyone protesting against the coup, not only communism, anyone who according to their judgement is one, and its extermination off the country at any cost, because anyone protesting against the Coup is immediately labelled as communist. Sent to Tamara for blackmail. Preventive Prison for 11 "mareros" Also, the father of the minor who was killed at the airport, Isis Obed Murillo, was taken to prison, was arrested for "having debts with justice since 2004". I think they found out just the right time (5 years) to arrest the father of the victim of the military . Father of Isis Obed Murillo arrested (La Prensa) They are denying people their right to protest and they start it peacefully. Few people have tolerance to have the military on their back all the time and being repressed, but I think people in Honduras have been far too tolerant with all this and far too peaceful, since the military are forcing to counter aggression. I feel very proud and glad that things have not gone so far, but I think there must not be thousands of death to prevent it. I don't want my country to end up like Colombia, because people in need might start recurring to crimes. I'm very scared of that. This is why pro Zelaya protesters must remain peaceful, this is the only way to act in order to not lose. Otherwise, like in Colombia or in other military regimes the Micheletti regime will justify all their crimes against them and will find an argument in preventing a revolution, while many are not guerrillas nor rebels, they simply do not agree with what goes on there. The press accusses and accuses people protesting as the worst criminals, but there are never trials nor evidences against them, simply their reliable word. The majority who are for the Micheletti regime see them simply as lazy punks who don't work and these are all the things they're spreading. If people have to live in a country where demonstrations are seen as something obsolete, I think my country has gone back to stoneage. There is a full time curfue going on in El Paraíso, in the department bordering to Nicaragua, where Zelaya is, so many people who support him have headed there and now they face even blockades of food, since the military are not letting food pass through. People who try to help are being harassed and persecuted. There have been several dead reported(reported) in the last days, due to attacks by the military to the people protesting. July 7th was not the last date something happened in Honduras, two teachers and some syndicate members have been killed. In the worst time people and human rights ONGs have turned their back on us, the international media is not publishing anything, while things are just getting worse. The solution and the way to send aid to us is to send a permanent human rights watch commission in order to avoid these things from happening. Our poor people are not criminals, they have been too peaceful and rational for what is going on there. I'm not there and just from reading all the things the press publishes and the new micheletti policies taking place makes anyone go crazy. We Hondurans beg you for your help and attention, we know that there are worse things happening in the world, but we also deserve a bit of it to avoid the worst from happening in our little country. LM
