Usa_NaziIt is clear that in a country like Honduras, without conflict or military disputes with its neighbors, the Army only serves to defend the oligarchy and control the population. Hence the fact that the U.S. was quick to give trucks as a present to its regime friend  emanating from the coup. What better tool of war to increase the mobility of troops for their own territory so that they can intervene with a strong hand in the most remote corner in which people cast doubt on how they are and how things have to be.

According to the site Infodefensa.com, the United States has decided to resume military aid to Honduras with a donation of 25 trucks to the army, which were delivered by the Sub Chief of Southern Command, Gen. Ken Keen. Washington had suspended aid to Honduras after the coup, last June 28, 2009, against then-President Manuel Zelaya.
The formalization of the new military aid was symbolized by the delivery of the keys of the powerful automotive to  Defence Minister, Marlon Pascua,by General Ken Keen, in the presence of the Military Chief of staff, General Carlos Cuellar.  The total of this donation was $ 812,000.

The vehicles will be assigned to the Special Forces battalion based in La Venta, Francisco Morazán, and La Brea.

The meeting also served to explore future areas of military cooperation between the two nations, said the diplomatic mission. During his visit to the Honduran capital, Keen also met with U.S. ambassador in the country, Hugo Llorens, who analyzed the support that Washington "could provide Honduras."

This U.S. support will strengthen the illegitimate government of Porfirio Lobo, juggle the violation of human rights taking place in Honduras, defend the coup regime showing their support for the military caste, and working in the international sphere to kindly accept the degraded political and social climate of the Central American country.

Among the topics of security and cooperation, the highlights were exchanges on military intelligence, training for the  repression of popular movements and participation in bilateral and multilateral military exercises.
