Life appointments for more than 50 officials approved by Congress

Luis Rubi is guaranteed 3 percent of the government's budget.
The National Congress ordered last Wednesday night by order provide lifetime security to about 50 current regime officials who participated in the events of June 28 and that led to the ousting of President Manuel Zelaya. 

In a decree promoted by the Congress president, Jose Alfredo Saavedra, is assigned for life safety interim president, Roberto Micheletti, the president of the Supreme Court, Jorge Rivera, the Chief Public Prosecutor, Luis Rubio, the Attorney General Deputy Roy Urtecho, the six members of the Joint Chiefs of the Armed Forces and the 17 ministers and 17 deputy ministers of the interim government Micheletti. 

Only government officials that security is for 45 people  among them ministers, deputy ministers, prosecutors and presidents of state powers, plus the Micheletti family. 

PRIVATE GUARDS 
Deputy Democratic Unification, Silvia Ayala said that the most shameful "is that security have to be given through  the armed forces and police at a time but if the beneficiaries do not want state officials they can hire private guards and the people have to pay .
