Kelly's visit has come to fruition, at least from the formal point of view, and Chavez prophesied action nearly six months ago. The coup leaders have excerted all civil liability to the High Command of the Armed Forces.
The Hondurans know very well how justice works in Honduras and, unless a miracle happens, we will for some time all the staff cleared by not having committed the act or because the fact does not subsist, pardoned by Congress itself.
On the other hand, one must look at the charges: abuse of authority and expatriate citizens. There is no acharge of coup d'etat because neither Rubi nor the court will be handing themselves or going to sue everyone involved in the coup.
Hondurans do not have to fall into this trap of the coup leaders, they know very well what they are doing and therefore have not prosecuted against all involved.
