Anti-coup resistance activist in Honduras murdered



An activist of the Popular Resistance National Front of Honduras (FNRP), Yaneth Vanessa Zepeda, was abducted and murdered by strangers, today denounced human rights organizations. 

Zepeda was reported missing last Tuesday and her body was found last night on the banks the capital by relatives, according to a report voselsoberano.com digital publishing. 
Witnesses said the body of the girl, aged 29 and mother of three children, was thrown from a car in a field of Colonia Loarque  in the south of the capital She was wearing a Che Guevara t-shirt. 
FNRP leaders said the crime against Zepeda is further evidence that repression continues its rise against the members of the resistance. 
Globo Channel Two TV cameramen, Manuel de Jesus Murillo, 24, and Ricardo Vasquez Vasquez, 27, claimed today to have been kidnapped and tortured by civil police. 
The two young men reported to human rights organizations were arrested Tuesday night and severely beaten by the agents who interrogated them about suspected weapons caches. 
Globo TV transmissions began recently and is part of the company Radio Globo station that developed active opposition to the military coup that overthrew President Manuel Zelaya on 28 June.
